Aviation Search Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Randy Rowser to Managing Director. Randy joined the company just over a year ago as an Executive Recruiter and has quickly made a strong impact through his professionalism, strategic thinking, and dedication to client success.
In his new role, Randy will assume overall strategic and operational responsibility for a high-performing team, overseeing key programs, business development efforts, and the continued expansion of Aviation Search Group’s mission. He will lead the development and management of client contracts, direct search assignments, and provide leadership to a dedicated recruitment team. His role is central to ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent solutions while fostering strong client relationships and driving sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Aviation Search Group, Randy built a successful career in casino operations and staffing, where he honed his expertise in organizational leadership and talent acquisition. A mission-oriented mindset, integrity, and a passion for excellence have marked his transition into executive search.
Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife, Leah, and their two children: four-year-old Quinn and two-year-old Owen. He looks forward to this new chapter and the opportunity to contribute to the company’s continued success.
